Requirements & Compatibility

Robo Gallery is designed to work out of the box with most modern WordPress websites. There are no special system requirements beyond what WordPress itself needs.

Robo Gallery is fully compatible with:

• WordPress 5.8 and higher
• The Block Editor (Gutenberg) and Classic Editor
• Most modern WordPress themes
• PHP 7.2 or higher

We regularly test Robo Gallery with the latest WordPress core and popular plugins to ensure maximum compatibility.

⚙️ Server & PHP Requirements#

The plugin works with any standard WordPress hosting environment. Just make sure your server meets the following:

• PHP version: 7.2 or higher (same as WordPress minimum)
• MySQL / MariaDB: 5.6+ / 10.1+
• HTTPS: Recommended for lightbox and video features

📦 Upload Limit Tips#

If you are installing WordPress on a new server, or uploading large image files, check these PHP settings:

You can ask your hosting provider to help you increase these limits if needed.

🟡 Low upload limits can cause issues when installing the plugin or uploading high-resolution images.

🔗 Troubleshooting Compatibility#

If you notice that:

• Images aren’t uploading
• Gallery saving fails
• Some layouts don’t render
