Gallery Not Displaying

If your gallery is not showing up at all on the page, follow these steps to identify and fix the issue.

Make sure the gallery you’re configuring is the same one you’re testing on your page.

โœ… To verify:

  • Go to Robo Gallery > Manage Galleries
  • Confirm the Shortcode being used on the page (e.g. [robo-gallery id=5])
  • Make sure you’re editing the correct gallery instance

๐Ÿ”น 2. Check if Images Are Added

A gallery without images will not be displayed.

  • Open the gallery in the editor
  • Click Manage Images
  • Make sure at least one image is uploaded or selected

Sometimes outdated cache may cause galleries not to render correctly.

โœ… Try this:

  • Go to Gallery Settings > Cache Settings
  • Temporarily disable the gallery cache
  • Clear Cache of the browser, then refresh the page

๐Ÿ”น 4. Clear External Caching Plugins

If you are using caching plugins (e.g. WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache):

  • Clear your site cache
  • Disable the plugin temporarily and reload the page
  • Check if the gallery appears

๐Ÿ”น 5. Use Compatibility Settings

In some cases, enabling compatibility options helps.

  • Go to Robo Gallery > Settings > Compatibility Settings
  • Set jQuery Version to Alternative or Forced Include
  • Save and reload the gallery page

๐Ÿ”น 6. Still Not Working?

If none of the above helps:

  • Try switching to a default WordPress theme
  • Deactivate other plugins that may conflict
  • Contact our support team for direct assistance
